There are known issues with Shockwave Player in Mozilla Firefox - its security features prevent the plugin from recording progress to the Tracking System.
Shockwave Player is also currently incompatible with Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge web browsers. Unfortunately, the Shockwave Player uses an outdated Plugin technology known as NPAPI rather than the more modern PPAPI with its improved update mechanisms and security features (explained in full here).
The IT Skills Pathway Project team are aware of these issues and are working hard to bring you new learning materials that don't require plugins and will work in all modern browsers.
In the meantime, please use Internet Explorer 8 through 11 with an up-to-date Shockwave Player plugin to run the materials.
